Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, processing time may be extended slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay with your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Within India: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 10–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts
Any re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will evaluate the issue and assist you with a resolution where applicable.
