I’m Kathryn Danica and painting is the way I make sense of the world. My work lives in the space between shadow and light, mostly monochrome, with bold touches of metallic gold. Sometimes that shows up as acrylic or oil on canvas or a charcoal sketch or even digital recreations of my artworks. For me, the medium doesn’t really matter. I like to dabble in everything and follow where the idea leads. My process is intuitive and deeply personal, but my goal is always to make work that feels timeless and universal.

My merch collection is a way to let my art live beyond the canvas. Each design is taken directly from my paintings, so in a way you’re carrying a little piece of the same bold strokes that define my work.

When I’m not painting, I love sketching, playing guitar, singing, or getting lost behind a camera lens. I also share videos on YouTube, where I talk about life and creativity from my own experiences. All of it feeds back into my art in some way.
